Summer Principals Academy invites you to an exclusive book launch event for "Coaching Education Leaders: A Culturally Responsive Approach to Transforming Schools and Systems," authored by Nancy B. Gutiérrez, Michelle Jarney, and Michael Kim of The Leadership Academy. 

Nancy Gutiérrez, Adjunct Faculty for the Summer Principals Academy at Teachers College, Columbia University, and President and CEO of The Leadership Academy, will be joined by co-authors Michelle Jarney and Michael Kim to discuss how effective coaching can drive lasting change in schools and educational systems. Together, they will explore the book’s innovative “Facilitative Competency-Based” approach to coaching, which integrates culturally responsive practices with strategies for transformational leadership.
